Physical: As a standard practice, all the employees of Genius-Digital required to sign non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, which prohibit them to disclose the information relating to the customers and their data.
Document: All document at Genius-Digital are kept under lock and key in secured and guarded storage rooms. After the completion of conversion, source blowbacks and CDs are retained for 120 days, after which they are scheduled for disposal.
Data: Genius-Digital maintains its own security measures. All data on our production servers are protected with password. Regular backing up of data that include: daily, weekly, monthly backups.
Network: Genius-Digital uses a latest cutting-edge technology to secure its networking systems. Measures to prevent unauthorized access to the data include Login security, Rights security, Attribute security and File Secure security. Our entire network is protected with powerful firewall system, which prohibits the unauthorized access via the Internet.
